BeWitchin' Kitchens

The Mister and I have lived in six different homes in twenty-two years.  We have lived in Connecticut, California, Florida, Illinois, The Woodlands, and McKinney, Texas.  We are pretty much on the same page when it comes to our likes and dislikes in a house.

There is one room that we consider first and that one room is the determining factor of whether or not we will consider buying the house.  That room is the hub and the soul of the house.  It is the kitchen.  The Mister loves to cook and I love to eat.  How lucky can the Mister get to find the perfect mate?  I remind him every day.

The following photos are courtesy of my favorite addiction site, Pinterest.

I love this kitchen for its elegance and size.

Love the contrast of the cabinetry and marble counter tops.

There is something about brick in the kitchen that makes it feel so warm.

The floor and windows are beautiful added touches to this kitchen.

Don't know what I love the most - the cabinetry or the TV over the range!  Probably the TV...

This kitchen is so unique.  Reminds me of the one that was used in a Meryl Streep movie. I forget the name but Alec Baldwin was in it.

Oh my! This is so bright and clean! Great windows.

So serene and pretty.

Love the color of the walls and cabinetry. Very country french (my favorite)!  Sista's too.

 Great cabinets. Very interesting looking.

Love the contrast between the dark wood and white trim on the windows.

Great country kitchen.  The shutters are a great touch.

I'm in L-O-V-E!!!

Can you believe these gorgeous refrigerator doors?  And the wine storage is beyond compare!

I would be so happy in my little blogging world if I had a pretty little office area like this!  Hellooooo?  Are you listening, Mister?

Tomorrow I will be attending 'Neath the Wreath.  It is a Holiday Gift Market sponsored by the Junior League of Collin County.  I haven't missed one in eight years. I will take lots of pictures.

Have a great Thursday!

  1. These a beautiful kitchens. I would take any one of them. I was looking to follow you, but I don't see the follow gadget.
Also you have word verification on in case you didn't know. Some people don't. Lot of bloggers will not take the time to comment with that on.
