In Search of the Perfect Poncho

Hello, dear friends.  In my last post, I extolled on my penchant for ponchos to the point of tedium.  I have spent a few hours minutes researching the almighty poncho and decided since I was putting my valuable (?) time into the search, I might as well take you along on my poncho pilgrimage.

Nordstrom

Love!

Nordstrom

Gorgeous cashmere.
Now I just have to sell Chili and Chowdah to afford it.

Nordstroms

Another beauty.

Love the style of both of these.  As much as I love the winter white, I know if I wore it, the neckline would be covered with make up.

This is what I refer to as the "Call the Midwife" poncho.

This is another pretty cashmere poncho.  This is what I call the "I'm so bored being pretty" look.

Maybe too short for me because I require as much coverage as possible, but I like the style of this one.

Lovely Pepa

Oh to be young and skinny...

J Crew

Love the plaid.

Need your hubby to be able to pick you out in a crowd?

And last, but certainly not least, a theme poncho.

And if you can't find the perfect poncho, you can always check in your box of Christmas decorations.

Have a great weekend!
Until next time...

  21. I think you should try this sleeveless "poncho." I almost didn't recognize it online after trying it on in the store. It is MUCH longer in person and I'm about 5'2". I LOVED it, but haven't pulled the trigger yet . . .
