Halloween Fail Encore

Hello, dear friends.  It looks like it is going to be the perfect weekend for trick-or-treating.  We have been working diligently on costumes.  Between you and me, it is not easy dealing with huge egos and diva behavior.  And that's just the Mister. 

The following is a post that Chowdah wrote last year.  I am determined not to be the Halloween failure Mom on the block this year.

Happy Halloween, everybody!  Mom kind of forgot to get us costumes this year, so she ran to Petco (or Crack-co, as we call it) yesterday afternoon.  I'm sure you are not surprised to hear that there wasn't much left, and all the good get-ups were gone to all the cool kids.  

Mom settled on two Eeyore costumes (insert eye roll).  She didn't seem to care that one was too small, and the other was too big.  We'll let you figure out which is which.  












Enough is enough, Mom!














Hope you get lots of treats and your Mom doesn't make you wear a dumb costume!

    Love it! We have yet to get Kylee a costume for this year. Haven't seen any we like. Hubby said she can go as Toto from the Wizard of Oz...ROFL...she is a Cairn afterall.

    The girls are adorable Katie! Your pup cracks me up .. to funny;) Have fun on Saturday! I'll be cooking lots of food and our kids will be here to see all the trick-or treaters .. can't wait. xxL

    Chowdah doesn't seem all that thrilled but I'm sure he perked up once he got his trick or treat on, who can resist down in the dumps Eeyore! I'm sure they raked in the dog bones! To Cute!!
    The girls are adorable, miss those days with my kids! Can't wait to see Kailyn and Sarah, Sarah's first! K's gonna be Doc Mcstuffins and S is gonna be a kitty. Hopefully it won't rain, they are saying there's a 60% chance Sat night.
