Hello, I'm Katie
I'm Katie. Welcome to my blog. I am an empty nester meandering through my midlife years one page at a time. We sold our antique home on the South Shore of Massachusetts in October 2020 and relocated to the Dallas suburbs and our forever home.
I love to write about books, movies, TV, celebrities, shopping, decorating, Bravo, and weekend adventures. My favorite writing material, however, is derived from my family: the Mister, my girls, #1 and #2, my favorite son-in-law, and my new little mischief-maker, thoroughly darling Millie. I love hearing from my wonderful readers.

That would SO be my boys when they were little (and my daughter would have been standing there telling them what to do)! And, what kind of dad would allow him to carry that fruit - pretty much any dad I know! Thanks for brightening up my morning! xoxo
ReplyDeleteSo funny...and they are so darn cute! I got a little skeeved out seeing the food on the carpet (thats the OCD in me) and would have been a crazy woman if I knew I was eating fruit that was picked up from the carpet, lol. But I love that they were trying so hard, very sweet...ahhh I miss those ages!!
ReplyDeletesuch cute kids. hope no one had to eat that fruit!
ReplyDelete5 Second Rule counts with boys! LOL That is hilarious.
ReplyDeleteSweet boys!!! That is too cute!! I so miss those days.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I would have panicked, cried, etc. They just were so practical--picked it up and started over!
