Is it considered a "bite" if a puppy breaks the skin?
Can you think of anything more disgusting?

I'm Katie. Welcome to my blog. I am an empty nester meandering through my midlife years one page at a time. We sold our antique home on the South Shore of Massachusetts in October 2020 and relocated to the Dallas suburbs and our forever home.
I love to write about books, movies, TV, celebrities, shopping, decorating, Bravo, and weekend adventures. My favorite writing material, however, is derived from my family: the Mister, my girls, #1 and #2, my favorite son-in-law, and my new little mischief-maker, thoroughly darling Millie. I love hearing from my wonderful readers.

Katie, I laughed so hard at your post. Loved the remarkable facsimile. Sounds like you had a trying week. This too shall pass (in a few years)!
ReplyDeleteWe've used those little Kong toys to hide treats, and my dogs love them. But of course, I have no idea where they are. Time to order more.
ReplyDeleteAnd thank goodness all your dog eats is a mole. I've seen mine eat far worse! Yuck!
LOL too funny...oh I remember those puppy days.....lots of energy to spare, too bad they can't "loan" us some:) Enjoy your holiday weekend!!
ReplyDeleteoh, Katie so funny (although I am sure not for you at times), that puppy energy is exhausting, although sometimes it doesn't stop with being a puppy. My cavalier King Charles Spaniel was still jumping on the kitchen table until the day before he died at 13 years old, last year, a habit I couldn't break. Pick your battles with Mr. Chowdah. good luck.
ReplyDeleteMy grandson and I were looking at this post together and we are both in stitches…if only I had that energy. Have a great day!!
ReplyDeleteAaahhhh the joys of puppyhood!! Wish I could offer some words of wisdom but I'm still trying to get my " girls" to stop eating geese poop! Hang in there mama; this too shall pass. Hugs, Dawn
ReplyDeleteSuch fun remembering puppyhood. My dog still eats grass, only to throw it up on the carpet later. What's up with that? She's ten! Sounds like you're in for a fun ride. Happy Memorial Day!
ReplyDeleteHilarious! Don't we all occasionally need a little something to take off the edge? ;-)
ReplyDeleteMaybe a splash of wine in Chowdah's water bowl?
Maybe more exorcise,,,,,I mean exercise.....LOL will help, and a whole lotta vino por usted! XOXO R

ReplyDeleteHave you thought about getting a Thundershirt for your dog? I hear that they really work!
ReplyDeleteOh my! That is about the time I question what the "bleep" I was thinking!!! LOL Hang in there.
ReplyDeleteOk...I think I have the answer to your puppy questions. Send him to me!! Yes mam! I have an extra doggy stroller waiting on him. We have a large fenced in backyard, lots of other pups to occupy him. Need I go on?? Bring him on....we already love him! Lol
