I wish you nothing but buckets of happiness and love in the years ahead as a "legal" adult.
And no matter what...
remember
your Mama loves you...

I'm Katie. Welcome to my blog. I am an empty nester meandering through my midlife years one page at a time. We sold our antique home on the South Shore of Massachusetts in October 2020 and relocated to the Dallas suburbs and our forever home.
I love to write about books, movies, TV, celebrities, shopping, decorating, Bravo, and weekend adventures. My favorite writing material, however, is derived from my family: the Mister, my girls, #1 and #2, my favorite son-in-law, and my new little mischief-maker, thoroughly darling Millie. I love hearing from my wonderful readers.

As a #1, I obviously love this. Hope she has a great birthday! I am at work 8-5 in the Medical District with a really flexible lunch hour, so anytime you're in Dallas we can get together! Glad you had a great holiday!
ReplyDeleteAwwwhhh what a beautiful and heartfelt tribute to your beautiful daughter. Happy 21st bday to her. My son is also 21 and its bittersweet to see them turn into full fledged adults and leave behind those "childhood years" that I have such fond memories of yet like you I am so proud of who he has become. May she have a year filled with with happiness, love and much success!
ReplyDeleteI love this. I have two daughters and I always tell one I love her best (but don't ell her sister) and then turn around and tell the other one who is standing there that I love her best. Happy birthday to your beautiful daughter.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Laura
