Gizmos & Gadgets/Take 2

Hello, dear friends.  I hope that you had a good weekend.  I'm happy to report that we got a lot accomplished and had some fun along the way.

We also had a lot of fun!
Millie had her first playdate with our friend, Kim's handsome doodle, Bo.
She looks like she is smiling in this pic.

I was in Walmart last week and spied this darling argyle sweater for under five bucks!

Our wreaths arrived last week, and I couldn't be happier.
Shannon makes them by hand, and they are the perfect size and so full.

The Mister put the window wreaths up.
We are all ready for our Thanksgiving guests.

As promised, here is the second half of my last post.  As with all the products mentioned, they have all rated at least four stars.

Before we get started, I would love to hear from you - do you have a favorite gadget?

I like my wine to be brain-freeze cold.
When these babies came on the market, it was a Christmas miracle.

This personal wine chiller just recently came on the market.  It must be good because it has a 4.5-star rating.

This ice maker makes 1.5 inch balls that melt much slower than ice cubes.
Great for cocktails.

My old HS buddy, Bethe, sent me a note to make sure I included her favorite gadget.
If Bethe says it's good, it's gotta be good!

Did you know that Keurig is now in the cocktail business?
Yup, you can now have a cocktail one minute and then sober up with a cup of Joe.

The Mister has one of these fancy scales.
It gives you a lot of useless info besides your weight.
The only thing I want a scale to do is to lie to me.

With the turn of a knob, this kettlebell can go from 40 lbs. to 8 lbs. within seconds.
I wish I could lose weight like that.

If becoming healthy is one of your resolutions for 2022, buying this water bottle could be your first step.

If you're not into fruit, pour some of that Keurig cocktail in and sip.

self-cleaning water bottle?
You betcha!

Put some light into a book lover's life!

Another one of the Mister's faves.

A deep tissue massager for the person who likes to feel in charge of his pain.

Personally, I think the most painful part would be reading the directions and figuring out all the attachments.

For the person who carries stress in the neck and shoulders, this is a lifesaver.
If you are a teenager, this would be a good gift for your Mom.
You owe it to her.

This little device has been spending a lot of time on the Mister's derriere lately.
TMI?
He has been dealing with a bout of sciatica, and he has been using this under his doctor's care.  He says that he gets relief from it.
He's not 100% yet, though.
But then again, he wasn't that when I married him, either.

This is a great gift for the lady or gent who likes to keep their jewelry sparkling.  I use it on the family jewels while the Mister puts it to work on his eyeglasses.

I throw in a splash of this in my jewelry cleaner with the water.

A toothbrush sanitizer/holder is sure to bring on brighter smiles.

If you are a migraine sufferer, this little number may be just the thing to save the day.

The Mister has one of these and loves it.
He takes it on vacations and records house renovations.

Do you need to digitally convert your family's old videos and photos but don't want to do the work?
I smell a solution...

Another one of the Mister's OCD great finds.

This Kelvin 36 may look small, but it holds 36 of the most common tools in one.

I would name them, but I don't want to put you to sleep.

I wonder if they have one of these for dog toys.
Just asking for a friend.

After using your Rak, you can wear the fruits of your labor.

Here is a Safety First gift for all those morning runners out there.

Warm hands, cold heart.

Speaking of being warm... I bet your man would appreciate warm cheeks on winter mornings.

I bet James Bond carries a wallet like this one.

The Mister just leaned over my shoulder and told me that I look like this chick.
No way!
I'm not a blonde!
This little lady will actually clean your microwave in minutes.

This is her sister, Smelly Ellie, who is equally talented in deodorizing your fridge.
I wonder if she ever smiles.

A few years ago, our #1 and AJ gave the Mister a Sous Vide.
I can testify that the steaks are so tender!
You'll never undercook or overcook again.

Are you or a loved one planning on taking a long road trip?
This little number could be a lifesaver.

5-stars on this wireless keyboard.

One of the reviewers mentioned that she leaves one of these trackers in her car so that she can always find it.

This is the answer to my prayers for someone who forgets where she parked her car 90% of the time.

What would the Mister do without me calling him at work asking him to pick me up and drive me around the parking lot to find my car?

This phone holder is specifically designed for golf carts.
Now he has no excuse for not answering your calls while on the course.

Is your golfer looking to up his game?
This could be his new secret weapon.

If you are in the market for some noise-canceling earphones, these are the best.  I've had mine for years.

I can't wear earbuds because they hurt my ears.
I use these to listen to my book while shopping or sitting in the nail salon.

I can testify that not only is this hat warm, but the earphones are also good quality.

I wear these on my walks every day except when it is freezing out.

I told Millie that she can treat herself to one of these if she saves up her allowance.

Are you having trouble keeping up with the grandkids?
This might do the trick.

Part One of this post can be found here.

Are you looking for more gift inspo?
You can find it herehere, here, and here.

Until next time...
