The Mister's Favorite Things

Hello, dear friends.  Back in May, I asked the Mister to write a favorite things post for me.  I thought it would be a good one to post before Father's Day.  Four months and hours of nagging later, I finally got him to give me a list of his gadgets du jour.  The only way I got him to do it is that he lost a bet.  We'll discuss that at a later date with Dr. Phil.

Amazon

Key Smart:

I have never seen anyone in love with a key fob before.  The day has come.  The Mister ordered this little gem of a key holder about a month ago and any chance he gets, he whips it out to show someone.  It holds up to 10 keys and he can even add more with extension posts.  Whoah... now we're talkin...  No more jingling keys or bulky pockets for my man.  I'm telling you... this guy is ahead of his time.

Jelly Comb Rapid Charger:

The Mister purchased 2 of these.  Guess what I got for my anniversary!  We have one on each side of the bed so all our electronics are fully charged in the morning.  If you think this is the only thing my man gave me for my anniversary, you sadly underestimate my whining powers.

Tylt Charging Back Pack:

The Mister is like a little kid on his first day of school with his nifty new backpack.  This little beauty can fully charge up to 4, count'em 4 smart phones or one full tablet.  He's the coolest guy on the commuter train.  But his best moments are when he smiles with pride as the TSA agent examines it with envy in his eyes.

Shieldon iphone 6 wallet:

I liked iPhone wallet so much when The Mister started using his, I had to get one myself... a little prettier and a teensy bit more expensive, though.  It's easy to throw in your pocket with a drivers license and can't-be-without credit cards.  He hit the mark on this one.

Belkin Air Vent Smartphone Holder:

The Mister packs one of these whenever we travel and rent a car. Don't ask me why we don't rent a car with a navigation system.   The Mister still says that the lady on the GPS is wrong most of the time!

Just one more issue to discuss with Dr. Phil.

Polar M400:

Ever since the heart monitor fad began, my man has had one.  He tells me this is his best one yet.   One of the reasons is that it is waterproof.  Another feature is that it beeps when the monitor feels that you've been sitting too long - it tells him it's time to move.  It's really fun when we are in a movie theater.  And lastly, it has GPS.  The Mister told me that that's why he was ordering a new watch - so he could always find me.

Yeah, right.

1byone Foldable Bluetooth Keyboard:

This is another must for the Mister when we travel.  He hooks it up to his phone and iPad.  It's almost as fun as being at work!

What's one of your Mister's favorite things?

Until next time...

  9. My husband brings the entire GPS from his TRUCK when we travel. Including the cord and the window suction cup. It's as big as an ipad. Sigh.

  10. I actually call my husband "gadget man" perhaps our husbands could get together and compare notes, you and I could snack on your Mr's cheese plate and some of my baked goods, the men could drink wine from my husbands cellar and have show n tell with their latest cool stuff.
