A Gorgeous Garden Shop

Good morning, dear friends!  It is raining cats and dogs on this Tuesday morning.  I don't mind though because April showers bring May flowers and it can't come soon enough.  Speaking of flowers...

Awhile ago, I wrote a post about my favorite nursery in the whole world.  The name of it is Greenfield Hill Nursery and it is located in picturesque Fairfield, Connecticut.  It is owned by a wonderful guy named Billy and his beautiful bride.

The garden shop is a menagerie of adorable accessories for the garden.  They have everything from hostess gifts to one-of-a-kind, can't-live-without garden accoutrements.

The nursery always reminded of a movie set of a Nora Ephron movie.  Can't you just picture Meryl Streep walking out of the door in a darling garden hat?

This was taken this week.  These are the early Spring annuals that are in bloom!

Too cute for words.  I want these bunnies. Now.

Those little succulents make great hostess gifts! The best part they are candles!

What a sweet side table!

What a statement these would make at the front door!

Great selection of birdhouses!

I would never be late again if I owned this adorable clock!

Would love to see this lit up at night and hung in a screened porch.

Garden stools are so in right now.  Love them.

So if you're in the neighborhood of Fairfield, stop into Greenfield Hill Nursery and say hello to Billy and his bride.
Tell them Katie sent you and she said to give you a 90% discount! hee hee

Hope your day is filled with sunshine!

Speaking of sunshine, my girl, Gypsy, had a makeover yesterday and wanted to show y'all the final result.

  3. Katie,
what a gorgeous shop! There's on in CA, Roger's Gardens, that kind of reminds of this one. It's been in business for years and has everything you can imagine. Nothing gets you in the mood for spring like beautiful flowers, bunnies and birdhouses!

  8. love the garden shop, bringing hope of spring on the horizon. I have to tell you my favorite picture was of Gypsy. She is too cute, and with the bright pink accessories you won't need a flash light at night, should you need to get up.

  11. Katie, Such a gorgeous nursery and I love that first picture with all of the annuals in bloom.. so pretty. Those bunnies are adorable and would look so pretty as part of any vignette. I can't wait for our local nursery to get summer flowers in. The temps are still cool here and the gray and rain keeps coming.. so tired of the mud! All of a sudden the temps will warm and it will be a feeding frenzy at our local garden store;) xxL
