Outdoor Kitchens

Happy weekend, everyone!  We're expecting another day in the 100's here in Texas, so we will not be dining al fresco tonight.  Here are some photos that I pinned of some great looking outdoor kitchens.

I think the ceiling makes this outdoor space.

We put a fireplace/pizza oven in on our patio.  The first year we used it all the time.  The pizza oven gets so darn hot that the Mister almost burned off his eyelashes.

I'm Katie. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I am an empty nester meandering through my middle-aged years while entangled in the never-ending process of renovating an antique home on the South Shore of Massachusetts. I love to write about books, movies, TV, celebrities, decorating, and weekend adventures. My favorite writing material is derived from my family: the Mister, my girls, #1 and #2, and my two untrainable, rambunctious pups, Chowdah and Chili.

  7. Oh my goodness, each one of these is gorgeous. Course, here in our neck of the woods (Texas) you can only use it from October to June maybe because of the heat and the skeeters! Same goes for tennis - we play at 7am or 8am now and finish up no later than 10. Thanks for sharing these great kitchens.

  9. Choices, choices, how does one choose?!? I'd love to have an outdoor kitchen but we didn't win Powerball so I guess I'll have to wait a tad longer :)

Hope your cooling off a little ~

  10. The wide variety of finishes and door profiles available means that at Wonderful Kitchens there is a kitchen to suit every taste, from the classic French Provincial to the most popular open plan modern kitchen designs.

  11. These kitchens are beautiful! All of the equipment would be overkill for my limited skills but I guess if I had the kitchen I just might have to hire a chef to go with it!

  12. I would love to pull up a chair at any of those patios! Mine is so sad. Working one project at a time, and the backyard patio is last on the list.

  13. I love the idea of an outdoor kitchen but I really hate the idea of yet another "room" to clean;)

  15. I love the last pic on Woo Home. Its so sad that i don't have that much space in my backyard to build such. Everything blends well perfectly together and appears so natural.
