We began our weekend on Friday by taking Lucy and her Mama out to lunch. We went to Bistro 31, one of my favorites. The day was picture-perfect, and we sat out on the covered patio. It worked out to be the ideal location because it held a direct escape route in case things hit the fan.
I am happy to report that the Mister was on his best behavior, and I did not have to escort him out of the restaurant.
On Saturday, we went to a new restaurant to us, Darna. The food was delish, and the service was top-notch.
I spent the past couple of days working on this Gift Guide, otherwise known as Katie's wishlist. I tried to hit all price points. Many of these suggestions would work as gifts for the special grad, as well.
