Gift Guide for the Millennial

I hope that you had a good week.  Like most of the country, we've had the craziest weather.  I don't mind the cold, but when it is accompanied by the wind, I refuse to go out and do my walk.  So for two days, I stayed in and watched workout videos.

Yup, you read that correctly, watched.

I hope that you aren't one of those doubters that believe you actually have to do the videos.
Talk about old school!

I am posting this early because I am off for an adventure with a couple of buddies tomorrow morning.
I'll give you a hint.
Three words: Christmas House Tour.

My #1 asked me over Thanksgiving weekend what I wanted for Christmas.  For many years I would give my canned answer:

I just want good kids.

Now that my girls are adults, I have a new answer.
I tell them:

All I want is for you to do a gift guide for the blog.

The girls then inquire if I would buy them everything on their list.
I answer with the same words.

We'll see.

In our house, that means... not a chance.

Without further adieu, I present my #1 girl, who always has her up-to-date wish list within arm's reach.

Keeps your lips sooo moisturized!
I love the Vanilla flavor.

Liquid IV

You can never get enough!

Keeps your hair from being crimped, and can never have
enough of these.

@thingsiboughtandliked is always talking about this and highly recommends it. Feels like a special stocking or a white-elephant type gift.

Just got this and LOVE it.
Great neutrals

Helps you fall into a deep sleep quickly.

Olaplex Hair Perfector

This stuff is the best - makes your hair SO smooth.

Amazon Gold Hoops

I wear these almost every single day.

Touchland Hand Sanitizer

I throw these into all of my purses. They smell so good,
are aesthetically pleasing and are a great size/shape for all bags.

Love this body wash. Every scent is lovely so I
mix it up every time I buy a refill

After traveling this summer and throwing these in my
luggage, I am now an Airtag convert and throw them on my keys, in bags, etc. We also stored one in a box on our moving truck in NYC, so we could see the route and how long it would it would arrive.

Corkcicle Mug

Keep drinks hot (or cold). I love the 22-ounce size.

Stanley Cup

These cups have taken over the internet and are so
worth it. Great size, has an assortment of colors and fits in a car cupholder. I drink a lot more water now that I own one of these.

My husband is obsessed and can't get enough of them!
He has influenced me, and I am finally asking for some this year.

These are so cute and a personal gift.

My mother-in-law bought this for me recently and WOW I
am in love! Such great color and feels so special.

Away Packing Cubes

Better quality packing cubes make all the difference

Jonathon and I are asking for one of these this year - our
friends have one, and it's like a soda machine for your wine (and aerates).

Kindle Reader

Finally, giving in and asking for this.

Books are too heavy when traveling.

Feels so luxe and is so much better for your skin
& hair.

Casper pillows are my absolute favorite. I will never sleep on another pillow. I gave one to my husband last year too, and he is hooked too.

While I love a good candle, there is something really
lasting about a nice room spray.

Picking sunglasses is personal, but I feel like this
shape is universal and would look great on anyone. So flattering and a great price.

These are the most popular slippers of the season.
They are sold out everywhere except here.

These are great quality, and it's so nice to be able
to easily see all of your makeup/essentials.

These are so chic looking, and they are a great gift for someone who loves to travel. They also cover other subjects. Amazon carries many of the titles.

Maison Pearson Brush

Asked for this brush this year. It's pricey, but I

love a good brush! And the boar bristles make your hair so much shinier.

My husband and I have two of these (thanks to my
parents!) and are obsessed. The sound is incredible, and they are so easy to use.

I love my Print Fresh Robe.  They come in the cutest prints, and they
are so easy to pack (if you need a robe when traveling, like me!)

We use our Barefoot Dreams Blanket every single day! Best gift for pretty much anyone, especially couch potatoes.

I got one of these Personalized Leather
Journals last year, and I use it every day. It feels so
elevated & special, and I love that I can just swap out the journal inserts and use it forever. It would be a great gift for a person who loves to journal or someone who is beginning a career.
Btw... this one is on sale.

Jon and I put this Aarke Carbonator on our wish list. My parents have one and use it all the time. They are great for spritzers.

I have heard a lot of great things about the Always Pans.

Just like my Mom, I judge our cookware on how pretty it is.

This set is on the top of our wish list.

We got our first pair of Boll & Branch Sheets two years ago, and we absolutely LOVE them. They survived 2 years of NYC commercial washers/dryers and are not only in perfect condition, but they have gotten softer with every wash. These make a great gift for that special person/couple that is difficult to buy for.

We think that Away Luggage is the best.
We have all the sizes and use all of them.

Thank you so much, #1.
Great job.
And the answer is still the same...
We'll see.

  12. It's funny how similar my Millennial's list is to your #1. I guess this particular generation appreciates good quality items, well made, EXPENSIVE. 😊❤️
Have fun on your Christmas Home Tour.

  15. Hey! I actually have a few of these things already! Maybe my age is trending backwards? Or, more likely, my mind is slipping to my earlier years. I have to say that one of the things I saw here (a long time ago) that I use constantly is the luggage packing cubes. They are SOOO great! I hope you have a great weekend and enjoy your Christmas Home Tour. xo Diana

  16. #1 has great taste in everything, including parents. I am writing Santa today. I need that deep sleep spray. Wine was the only missing item from this wonderful list.

I want someone here to learn from my mistakes in life how Chemicals used in industries gives me Leukemia Cancer and it's all started when I wanted to get off my job to get another job that when I got diagnose, at that very point I was so scared to die because it has infected my blood cells also I was prescribed drugs like Cyclophosphamide,Busulfan,Bosutinib,Cytarabine, Cytosar-U (Cytarabine),Dasatinib in all that was just to keep me waiting for my dying day. I got inspired by what I read from a lady called Tara Omar on blog spot on how Dr Itua cure her HIV/Aids then they were lettered below that says he can cure Cancer so I pick his contact on the testimony she wrote then I emailed Dr Itua hopefully he replied swiftly to my mail then I purchased his Herbal medicine also it was shipped to me here in Texas, I went to pick it at post office so he instructs me on how the treatment will take me three weeks to cure my Leukemia Disease, Joyfully I was cured by this Dr Itua Herbal Medicine.

  18. I agree about room sprays, there just such a quick and easy way to transform the ambience of any room. My fav at the moment is Wildfire Feels Like Love mood mist (https://www.wildfireoil.com/shop/mood-mists/love-mood-mist/) because I can also use it safely on my linens.
