Love, love your chairs!! 💙
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Barbara!
DeleteI really only like the awards shows for the red carpet run.. sometimes I just can not help but think... "what are they thinking?!"
ReplyDeleteI didn't watch the show, but I'd have to agree with your assessment of the dresses! I especially enjoyed your house tour photos. Love the reading nook.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your sweet words, Donna. Have a great weekend.
DeleteLove the chairs! I hope your daughter had a good time in Chicago.
ReplyDeleteHi Chicago Rita! She had a great time but not as good as me when I was her age!! Have a great weekend!
DeleteNothing cuter than the cutest dog. Period! (And the chairs look great in that room!)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your new recliners. I thought your others looked great, but these new ones with the oversized buffalo check and rolled arms...who would ever guess that they were recliners!
ReplyDeleteI know - that's why I love them! Have a great weekend, jjf!
DeleteHi Katie
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy your Friday files. Totally agree with your dress assessment from the Oscars. I forgot to watch. I wish I could either wear or learn to wear those pretty dresses!
Your blue & white (and green) is classic and preppy. I love it all. Millie looks adorbs in her recent cut. Jennifer and Zoe looked fabulous from the photos I saw (I did not watch the dumpster fire), true that Zoe looked like Audrey, and Jennifer (her dress anyway) looked like Pretty Woman. :) Happy April, and I hope your weekend is springy. We had 80° yesterday and 30° today....rain and graupel!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog! I also adore your beautiful home- those bookcases are fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThank you Donna for taking the time to read my blog. Have a wonderful weekend!
DeleteHappy weekend, Katie!! Love the chairs!! xo
ReplyDeleteOMG those Oscar dresses! I see some big fails! Millie looks adorable. Chloe and Elliott have a spaw day on Wednesday! Happy Day Katie! Love the chairs! laura
ReplyDeleteFun stuff Katie! Millie looks so cute with her new hair cut! It was either ridiculous poofy dresses or seeing too many boobs at the Oscars! And yes, please give Tracee a full length mirror!
ReplyDeleteJenna
Great post Katy. Happy that your comfy chairs came in. Your place looks right out of the pages of a magazine! Don’t know about you, but I am happy Spring is finally breaking out in DFW!
ReplyDeleteOh, those chairs are just perfect! Loved the comment about the full length mirror. I know so many folks that need one. Goodness! Have a great rest of your weekend!
ReplyDeleteLove the new recliners! I swear waiting on furniture and home remodeling is akin to pregnancy and birthing; it's hell when you're going through it and then once it's over you forget the angst and it's all worth it.
ReplyDeleteYour commentary about the Oscars has me laughing out loud this morning!
xo,
Kellyann
Your chairs are perfection. I think I had those espadrille sandals back in the day. Love them. xo Laura
ReplyDeleteLove your chairs! And a man in a tux : ) How about baggy Justin Bieber??? I don't get it, but I guess that makes me old.
