I hope that all is well in your world. We had a picture-perfect day to celebrate Miss Lucy's first birthday. Her backyard was a sea of pink with pretty tables, a baby bouncehouse which was a big hit, a well-stocked bar and a taco/quesadilla bar.

I fell in love with this mirror in our cabin, so I ordered it as soon as I got home!
It's pricey, but worth every penny.
I own about 3 white cardigans, but could not find them, so I ordered this one. Good quality and a crisp white. Lots of colors.
This is the first time that I brought a sound machine on vacation. This one is very small and gave me a restful sleep while the Mister snored his head off.

I designated this bag for my pharmaceuticals. I liked is so much, I ordered another one.
Wristbands for seasickness.

I packed this oil in case that vicious vertigo decided to bear its ugly head.
It didn't - only smooth sailing for moi!
I also used these patches for the first few days of sailing.
Worked like a charm.

I never go without Zicam on vacations.
Whenever I feel that first tickle in my throat I use Zicam.
It works.
No matter how tired I am, I always have trouble sleeping the first night of vacation. These take the edge off.
I was influenced to buy this spray oil.
It's fast absorbing and makes my skin soft.
This was a bust for me. I applied it (I thought) evenly, but it looked like a blotchy mess.
I then ordered this sunless tanner remover.
I didn't even know they made such a thing but it did the trick.
I went back to my old standby.
I am so lazy when it comes to cleaning my brushes, so I just buy new cheap ones. These are great and a good bang for your buck.
A great size and perfect for vitamins.
These are great for travel and come in several colors.
I'll give you 3 chances to guess what song this cute little bear sings. The best part - he tells the baby to blow out the candle and it goes out!

ReplyDeleteCurious to know if you have serious motion sickness or it's something you get depending on the water, wind, etc? I have the serious kind and wear the bands but am wondering if I should try the patches. I don't cruise but we own a boat and sometimes if there's a lot of lake traffic I cannot handle even that. My hubs says there's not a form of transportation he's been on with me that I haven't been sick. It's super annoying even for me! Happy birthday to your little sweetheart!

ReplyDeleteOh my- Lucy is so adorable and that party looks fantastic. I love her little dress and all the details of the party. Great pics with her parents, too! I don't think I could handle good tasting gummy vitamins- I'd want to eat them all which probably wouldn't be a good idea!
