50 Gifts for Under 50 Bucks

I hope that you all had a lovely Thanksgiving.  Ours was delightful. As many of you know by now, we don't serve the traditional turkey and stuffing meal.

The Mister made a delicious pork meal with his own take on stuffing and the most delicious sweet potatoes. I didn't get any photos because I was too busy photographing our newest family member.

Not only was Miss Lucy dressed to the nines, but she had a new move to feature.  It is called the crawl, and I must say she achieved it with style and grace.

We had a wonderful time catching up with the Adorables.

We were delighted to have Darlin' Will join us.  He and #2 went on to DW's family's celebration after ours.

Proud Mama and her twins.

Uncle Michael spoils Miss Lucy to pieces.

Christmas tree season is the perfect time for a baby to learn how to crawl... said no one.

Once I started this post, I couldn't stop myself.  I found so many fun things under $50.00.  Stay tuned for Part 2 which I will post next week.

For the friend who likes to play games with love.

A jigsaw puzzle is great for a person with a lot of patience.
That leaves all my family members out.

For the numbers guy/gal

For the friend whose schedule is always changing

Grandpa would be so flattered.

Touchscreen, leather, and so glam.

No more bedhead or tired skin for the lucky recipient.

Dry hands?
Warm heart.

I put this on last year, and it sold like hotcakes.

For the bird leaving the nest.

Has anybody noticed that matches have become a thing lately?

These are great!

I have a family member, not mentioning any names, who has no problem going out with a wet head. It sounds like a well-meaning stocking stuffer to me.

These are such a treat for someone slaving away at a computer all day.

A woman can never be too rich, too thin, or own too many totes.

Nice touch for the traveler.

Both my girls are getting robes this year.

For the girl who takes forever to dry her hair.

For the friend whose in-laws will be houseguests over the holidays.

For the friend who is always asking if anyone has a charger.

Compression packing cubes

Going to a potluck?
Leave the dish as a hostess gift.
It's a lot easier to make an Irish Exit.

Cute tray for cookies.

I love RFP's reusable gift bags.

My buddy, Annie, gave me one of these; I think of her every time I use it.

Is there a pickler among the bunch?

For the party animal.

For those days when you don't have any video calls when your bed is your designated office.

I have this and use it under my concealer to lessen the creases.
It works pretty well; however, I haven't gotten carded lately.

I have another travel mirror, but I'm considering upgrading to this one.  I need to discover my glow.

A lighted compact is always a welcome addition to a purse.

For the contour-curious.

For the friend who could use a day at the spa.

For the upgraded germaphobe

The perfect gift for a stressed-out friend.
Include a bottle of wine, and she'll love you forever.

I love these because I never wake up in the middle of the night thinking did I blow out the candle?

Perfect for the bride-to-be or Grandpa's dentures.
The gift that keeps on giving.

Stacking rings

My #2 has these on her wish list.

This will be the White Elephant gift that everyone will be fighting over.

Speaking of fights...

Does anybody in the office have an anger management problem?

A perfect gift for the office bully.
A sure-fire career-ender.

Check back next week for Part 2.

  3. Great gift ideas. I'd love to have many of them myself! Also I think I need to have a sweater like the grey fair isle with bow design that you're wearing in one of the photos. I've even emailed you about it.

  6. Great ideas. Need those diffusers for my 3 yo granddaughter! She nearly burnt the house down turning on the microwave with a takeout styrofoam....for 80 min! 8 minutes was enough for the fire which ensued. Here's hoping Miss Lucy won't reach beyond safety. Beautiful family photos!
