We celebrated Miss Lucy's baptism at her Mommy and Daddy's house with a delightful lunch.  The guest of honor was so proud to show off her new skill - the wave.  I must say she is quite accomplished and oh so proud.

I hope all is well in your world.  It is pretty chilly around here, so I have been taking my walk a little later than usual.  There is a very small window between warm enough and it's too late to go now. The latter usually wins out.

Good news!  Lucy is not going to Limbo.  She is being baptized on Sunday.

I hope that all is well in your world.  We babysat for Miss Lucy for a couple of hours this weekend. It was our first time!  Her parents were attending a crash course on the sacrament of Baptism.

I hope all is well in your world.  I am happy to say that I am motion-sickness-free, thanks to the vertigo that has left the building.  I appreciate all of your comments and suggestions.  A 5-day prescription of steroids kicked my dizzy spells to the curb.

Last night, I met some of my pickler pals at our village wine bar.  The evening was full of laughter and the perfect medicine to bid adios to my vicious vertigo.
