I hope that all is well in your world. I kept myself busy taking care of some personal upkeep. I had my hair cut, roots colored, and nails polished.
Yesterday, I went to my friend, KariAnne's beautiful home for a blogger get-together. Her blog is called Thistlewood Farms, and I consider her the Queen of Blogging. KariAnne has been doing it longer than I have, and she is so resourceful, with a wealth of knowledge, and so generous in sharing her tricks of the trade. Her home looked stunning with her Christmas decor.
Today, we are off to the movies. We are seeing The Housemaid, which was based on the book by Frieda McFadden.
This is my last post of 2025. I am planning to be ever-present on Instagram, keeping you posted on stunning decor, movie, TV, and book recommendations, after-Christmas sales, and there may even be a few pics of my favorite grandchild.
This is an Atlanta holiday home tour, designed by Beth Ervin and Norman D. Askins, and it's a beauty.
Spoiler alert: I'm all for it and wish the US would catch on.
Have you seen The Holiday? If you are like me, you fell in love with the cosy cottage in England.
You can stay in a replica of the darling cottage without crossing the pond! Read all about it.

Lastly, I want to wish all of you who take the time to read this silly little blog a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and a healthy Happy New Year. I appreciate all of your kind words and support over the years.
If you are looking for me, I will be over on Instagram scrolling my fingers to the bone, otherwise known as my cardio.
See you next year!

I bought a few of these because I am one of those annoying people who are always freezing. What I like about this turtleneck is its thin thermal fleece layer, and it is form-fitting, so I can wear it under sweaters.
Over 50% off!
It was on Lucy's list.
I never met a neck ruffle that I didn't like.
Lightning deal
I hoping to see the Housemaid before the end of the year, keep us posted on how it is.

I thought the latest Knives Out movie was great! Of the three I really liked the first and this one. The second one was "eh", in my opinion. Love reading your posts and appreciate your suggestions. Remember we're always happy to read about recipes (and get the recipes) that your husband makes! Happy Holidays!
