Hello, dear friends.  I hope that you had a good week.  

All is well around here.  

I spent a good part of yesterday at the Dallas Design Center with my friend and decorator, Lori searching for the perfect palette for my office.  I snapped a few photos but spent most of my time gawking at all the gorgeous fabrics and furniture.

Hello, dear friends.  I hope that this post finds you well.  Like most of the country, we have been dealing with some erratic weather patterns.  Can you tell that I have been listening to the weather channel?  I'm even talking like them.

Last Friday, I put together a small lunch for several ladies in the 'hood.  It was so much fun getting to know them.  They must have enjoyed themselves as well because we will all take turns hosting a monthly ladies' happy hour.  The first one is on Friday.  And the best part... I'm not hosting.

Hello, dear friends.  I hope that you had a good week.  The highlight of mine was on Wednesday when I met my dear friend, Debbie, in Dallas for lunch.  I just read that sentence.  No, this is not the infamous Debbie who did Dallas.  Whew... I'm glad we got that straightened out!

We met at the restaurant Rise.  I had been there years ago on our first round in Texas.  It is such a darling place and the souffles are to die for.
