We are a little sad about our Horned Frogs, but oh well, there's always next year.

Here is a glance at our dream team.  We are finally taking our tree down today while our eager helper, Millie, will be playing with all of her friends at camp. Chowdah will be assuming his usual post as security detail.  And the Mister will be taking off the ornaments on the branches that are out of reach for me.  That covers about 75% of them.

TGIF!  I hope all is well with you in your corner of the world.  Boy, am I ever happy that this week is over.  I spent most of my spare time checking my phone to see what day of the week it was. 

I have a treat for you today.  If you are a frequent reader, you know that I started a new series last year focusing on my dear friends who are voracious readers.  I am always curious about people's reading habits and their latest favorite books.

Holiday Recap & Prime Time

Happy New Year!  I hope that you all enjoyed your holidays.  Did you have to fly anywhere?  I've never been so happy about having our family within driving distance.  It looked like a nightmare at the airports.

First up... the company Christmas party was held at Capital Grille.

As you can see, no-shows are a thing of the past!
