Happy Halloween!  Have you bought your candy yet? We don't get trick-or-treaters in our 'hood, but the Mister always insists on buying his favorite candy just in case. He then continues to munch on it all week until it's gone.

I hope all is well in your world. I have a few orders of business before we get on with the post. 

We got booed!  We have not been booed in over twenty years.  If you are not familiar with this Halloween custom, I will explain.

I hope that all is well in your world. As my dear departed Grandmother would say, the angels were bowling last night. Our night was filled with wild thunder and lightning storms. And our friendly meteorologist tells us we are in for a lot more.

I hope that all is well in your world.  We had a wonderful weekend.  Saturday was spent with our favorite granddaughter and her Mommy and Daddy. The Mister helped Adorable Jonathon put some outdoor furniture together.

 I hope all is well in your world. This week, I played pickleball on a different day, which totally threw me off.  The only day I could positively identify was when I almost wiped out our trash can in the driveway.  That is a weekly occurrence on Wednesdays.

 I hope all my East Coast friends fared well in the Nor'easter.  We've experienced the wrath of those storms, and I can vouch that they are no fun.

I hope all is well in your world.  Happy National Take A Walk in a Park Day!  Who knew there was such a day? 

This week, I was the captain of our ship. The Mister was out of town, so Millie and I were in charge. We went a little crazy. I left the dishes in the sink for over two hours, clean dishes were left in the dishwasher for several hours, and Millie declared the Mister's chair hers.

Prime Time

I hope all is well in your world.  We had a great weekend.  We saw Eleanor the Great, and it was indeed great.  The movie was touching and delivered some priceless LOL moments.
