I had an epiphany on the pickleball court. We not only exercise our hot bods, but we also sharpen our minds.
We play for 90 minutes. Approximately 38 of those minutes are used at the net attempting to figure out the score or remember who just served less than a minute ago. Luckily for me, the minds involved are a lot more astute than mine, so I strike a thoughtful pose and wholeheartedly agree with the final outcome.

Santa came early to my house this week. I received Edith-Anne Duncan's gorgeous book, Southern Sensibility in the mail. Anyone who has been reading my blog and/or following me on Instagram knows that I am Edith-Anne's biggest fan. She was my first honoree in my Designer of the Day series.

DeleteI binge watched The Girlfriend this weekend as a diversion from the awfulness in the news. I quite enjoyed the series. The only real criticism is that the music tracks used were dreadful and distracting. With each episode I keep asking myself if people really create such ick. Despite the music, two thumbs up.
