When I woke up this morning I said to myself, "Self, you are not getting out of bed until you think of a fun blog topic." Self said, "fine, I'll go back to sleep for another two hours." Which I wish I could have, but instead I spent the time whirling around different ideas in my head. Then, all of a sudden, I heard birds tweeting and I knew what I had to write about today.
The trailing flowers are so pretty.
The moss covering is so charming.

I could furnish a forest with birdhouses with the corks that I've gone through in my lifetime.
hmmm... I wonder what the owners do in their spare time.
Laid-back birds hang out here.
I bet the birds fly funny after visiting this birdhouse.
Chubby birds frequent this joint.
Forget yard envy, I have house envy. There is no way the birds are going to have a nicer house than me.
The Mister and I are looking to downsize. This may be our answer!

I love birdhouses and these are so fun. I am going to show the one made of wine corks to my daughter - she has made a couple things with corks and will love it :-)

ReplyDeleteThis is a happy post! Mission accomplished:) We have a couple in our yard and the bears come in and eat the seeds.. so we have to watch where we put them. Downsizing is in the works for us.. hmmm These little houses are a possibility.. I'm so tired of cleaning a big house.
